DChoice Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms
DChoice ("we", "us") is a mobile app that helps groups plan outings — proposing times and places, voting, and locking a plan. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DChoice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DChoice. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You sign in through our authentication provider and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you add — group names, outings, proposed times and places, votes, and messages. You agree not to misuse the service, including by posting unlawful or abusive content, attempting to disrupt the service, or accessing data you are not authorized to access. Content you add to a group is visible to other members of that group.
Cancellation and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, which permanently removes your account and associated personal data. See Delete your account for details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service "as is"
DChoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions (such as places or travel estimates) will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
